Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you sign in, we collect the information provided by your chosen sign-in method — your email address, and, for social logins (Google, X), your basic public profile such as name and avatar. We do not receive your password from social providers.

Content you create. Data you generate in the app, such as your token watchlists and preferences.

Technical & usage data. Standard information sent by your browser, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through server logs and hosting infrastructure to keep the Service secure and reliable.

Cookies & local storage. We use strictly necessary cookies / local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Wallet addresses. PumpTracker displays public on-chain and market data. We do not connect to your wallet, request private keys, or take custody of any assets, and we do not require you to provide a wallet address to use the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store and sync your watchlists and settings.
• To monitor performance, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about the Service (e.g. sign-in links, important notices).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

• Supabase — authentication and database (your account and watchlists).
• Vercel — frontend hosting and delivery.
• Fly.io — backend / data-processing hosting.
• Google and X (Twitter) — optional social sign-in providers.

Market and on-chain data shown in the app is sourced from public blockchain data and third-party data providers. Your interactions with external sites we link to (for example DexScreener) are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights and users’ safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).

5. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your associated data (including watchlists) within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Server logs are retained for a limited time for security and diagnostics.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your watchlists in-app at any time. To exercise any right or request account deletion, contact us at support@pumptracker.app.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate the Service using infrastructure that may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
